Built for the seller
behind the counter
OrderNotebook is a simple order-tracking app built for small shop owners — the kind of seller who runs their business from a Facebook page, a phone, and a notebook by the till.
We built OrderNotebook because the tools that exist today were designed for warehouses and chain stores, not for the person who packs each order themselves. You shouldn't need a spreadsheet, three apps, and a stack of paper just to remember who paid, who's waiting for delivery, and what they bought.
What you can do with OrderNotebook
- Keep a clean list of your products — name, price, photo.
- Save your customers with their phone numbers, address, and any notes you need to remember about them.
- Record orders as they come in, from "just placed" through "paid" through "delivered."
- Set up your store profile (name, mobile, opening hours, logo) so it shows up on every invoice.
- See sales reports — daily totals, top products, top customers, what's still owed to you.
Built for the way you actually work
OrderNotebook works offline. Take orders on a slow connection at a market, on a long bus ride, or in a back room with no signal — the app saves everything locally and syncs to the cloud the moment you're back online. Nothing gets lost.
Your data is yours. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train anything. Phone numbers, customer notes, and addresses are treated as personal information and never appear in our server logs.
